  I appreciate that they know who I am and what I drink (due to repeat visits) and though they semi-often incorrectly make my beverage, they are always really good spirited about remaking it for me when I swing back into the drive through upon discovery. They will also correct an incorrect order that I received at the uphill location, so that's convenient and very much appreciated.

  I am at this location most days. Very inconsistent in service and time. There is so much back round noise on the speaker it is hard to hear or understand what is being said pretty sure they just can't find that off switch even though it has one. Also find it irritating when I say that's everything then they try to up sell and I say no thank you then get asked again if that's everything. Yes it was five mins ago too...........
