  Excellent stay for the price. Room was very clean with no issues. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay and was delicious! Staff was nothing but nice, stopping by our table to see how our stay was and to ask if we were enjoying our meal.

  When I went to the Ritz Cafe, I had one of the worst experiences of my life. The staff were very rude and acted above us at every opportunity. We were charged $200 for a quarter sized stain on the carpet from red wine that we offered to clean up. Do NOT STAY AT THE RITZ UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED.

  I never write reviews. I let things slide usually but in this case it's quite irritating. Some random guy just walked into my room while I was half naked. Staff at the front desk told a gentleman my room was his and gave him my room key after I have been staying here for over a week. What if I wasn't there? And that person decided to take all of my belongings.
  
  Who would be responsible for that?
  
  I get mistakes happen. This is embarrassing and a simple sorry is just too pathetic from the unsympathetic lady at the front desk.
  
  The WiFi haven't worked since I've been here. I called and they haven't fixed anything. Have they tried? I'm unsure. One person said they were going to call me back and help me out. They didn't.
  
  Had to use the plunger 3 times, as the toilet doesn't drain very well. And found hair in the bed on our first night here.
  
  The 2 ice machines are out of order. And to renew my pre authorization I had to go to front desk with all my work stuff because they canceled my key to get into my room.
  
  I would complement the waitresses, cleaning, and kitchen staff for doing an awesome job. Breakfast is good.
  
  Curious to see why management wasn't able to speak to me tonight because I'm wondering what there going to do to make this up to me, and that poor man who barged in on me.

  One of the best places in white court to have breakfast. Fantastic burgers as well, and awesome gravy !!!
